Hey all…
Not much to update today.
Going to the orthopedist today for my leg/back injury from hockey today. I’m on steroids, muscle relaxants, codene, and advil. It’s a bit of a coctail and I don’t usually take drugs of any kind. So forgive me if I’m not too talkative this week.
I hope you’re enjoying this week and this should be a very fun week for us all.

Hope your injuries heal sooner rather than later Scott! I know what it’s like to be down with those injuries. (Wrenched back while dancing in a musical, tore ligaments in knee while rehearsing for a musical… and you thought hockey was tough!) Unfortunately, New England’s too far for me. I’m still hoping for WorldCon!

Felicity is so overconfident, she’s setting herself up to be taken down a peg or 27 billion in one of the next few comics. 🙂
@sven: second that. Ain’t there a saying like this? “Selfconfident, lazy, cocky, dead” On the otherhand, someone who’s handling a kid like that deserves being ridiculed.

well… considering the position of the sword in the 3th panel, the speed of a swinging sword and the speed of moving ur head down backwards…
to me it looks like felicity is going to lose her head if you look at the 4th panel 😐
Perhaps, Egtwel, but we all know she doesn’t. If that had happened, how on Earth -or Dreamland!- would she be around several years later?

Egtwel, I have the impression that the guard was thrusting straight forward in the last panel, which Felicity side-stepped.
If you come, I will try to be there with bells on!! It’s in my back yard and everything.
NE Webcomics weekend – I just might drop in, depending on my schedule. It’s about an hour and a half for me to drive there.
Good luck with your doctor’s visit. Definitely sounds like you shouldn’t be operating heavy machinery with that mix. Hope you start getting better soon.

ok well … i don’t have much to say well i’m reading a great series and it’s called “leven thumps and the gateway to foo” and thats just the first book and it goes slow for a while but trust me it’s a good read i’m still not done with the series but there are four books and i’m on the third and also visit http://www.drhorrible.com hilarius show there are three acts and well……. (three hours later) well thanks for listening

Webcomics Weekend is only a couple hours away for me! I’ll be happy to show up and geek out. I normally can’t afford to travel to cons, so this is a good chance for me to say Thanks in person to all of you who keep me entertained (and marginally sane) every week. 😀
This is what I like about watching the truly agile. Every motion is like the steps to a dance, full of grace and fluidity. It’s much better when they’re “dancing” with someone of equal or near equal skill, but still a pleasure to watch.
Of course here I have to imagine the motion, but the renderings make it easy.
Felicity is getting pretty cocky herself, which may lead her to an immanent fall, or capture at least.
