Page 833…
As some of you may remember…We’re no longer selling books at our store. IDW will be handling all orders from now on.
To that end…I thought I’d let you know they’re running a special where if you order Book Three through them…you get a free copy of the limited edition Issue one comic with the Variant Mike Wieringo cover.
I can’t wait to see Book 3. I think it’ll be so cool holding it in my hands.
I’m currently writing Chapter 14…and boy what fun. All of the fun little things I’ve set up over the last few years are now being revealed. It’s just so cool.
I really enjoy this chapter. With the flashbacks, the dwarves, the Centaurs, and of course the last few pages (which you wont see for another month) which will BLOW YOU AWAY!
π
Anyways. We’re having a good week on our new server. I’m so happy we finally switched from Hostway. This should be great. Lots of new readers and no crashes from all the new traffic. YAY!
Β
Thanks for all the well wishes for my health. I’ve always been quite a healthy person. So these last few months with us getting all kinds of sick (due to the twins’ starting Kindergarten) and now the back injury from Hockey…it’s a little out of character.
I’m trying new meds and we’ll see if they work. Fingers crossed.
Thanks as always and hope you enjoy the show…
Scott
ah pooo. i go away for a little… and all this happens. GAA! well, scott (after catching up..) i can’t wait to get blown away!!! it be so much fun seeing everything come together and can’t wait to hear when the movie starts being made. too bad i couldn’t try for a voice over… X_X but oh well!! beggars aren’t choosers! and now little felicity.. how will u pull this off? by doing a david and goliath type deal? hmm… THROW THE FRUIT!!
and one last thing… speedy recovery to u and family! that’s it… i swear! at least for today… *laughs an evil laugh*
Waiting for the rest of this chapter, Scott! And do get well.
Excellent last panel.
Felicity: “Who, me? Meow?”
The order system for your new book is broken. They are charging $26.04 for Parcel Post shipping to Michigan, versus a relative bargain of $29.65 for Express Mail.
Assuming that isn’t the real price, I hope to place an order once they fix their order system.
Great expression on Felicity there π
Poor Felicity, we know all this will/did not end well for her but are still wondering HOW…
As for IDW, do they send orders oversea ? I haven’t found this information on their site’s FAQ…
YaY! It’s the walrus again!
i’ve got book one on order through borders at brisbane, and i just cannot wait! *hugs*
love it if you do more wps the last panale has to be one Purrrlease just love the oh no look on her face. You do such great work. Hope you get to felling better soon.
I loved the show. And that’s a great look on Felicity’s face.
Thank you all. I’ve contacted IDW…hopefully they can sort out the shipping and such.
And I’ll definitely consider a new wallpaper with the last panel.
π
Yeah
It was her!!!!^^
Nicole’s arm is gonna be sore.
Heheheh! The last panel is precious!
thank you scott
Would anyone happen to know how long we’d have to do the pre-order special thing? I just bought vol 2 through Borders and I’m trying to keep myself to a budget so buying vol 3 right now is a personal no-no.
That last panel is too darn cute! No fair that you guys can order Dreamland easy from your Borders, mine is giving me problems, not that it matters, I can barely afford school, much less *anything* for amusement.
With three kids, evenly spaced over 7 years, I’ve been getting the full mileage out of what I’ve come to call “the kindergarten plague”. Every time one of my kids starts in a new place (creche, kindergarten or school), it’s been another round of illness for the whole household. Great fun — and it never really stops again, once it’s begun. All I can say is that you *do* get used to it, over time. Sort of.
Chin up, Scott, and keep up the good work. Your comic is one of my favourites (and my kids’ too).
I really hope the issue with the shipping cost is fixed soon. I *really* want to preorder book 3, but I cannot afford to pay for shipping like that. I don’t want to miss out on the preorder bonus… π
Shipping, I’m told, is fixed over at IDW.
So those of you who wanted…give it a go.
Well I just got caught up from the beginning to this point. That’s always my favorite part of finding a new web comic to explore. Now comes the big let down of having to watch it unfold at a slower pass. It’s still fun but not as much as that first pass.
Anyway – thanks for all the work you do. It has been a blast.
Yay! I can preorder now! I’m really glad that got fixed!
Hi Peter…
Welcome! And thanks.
Amanda…please let me know how the transaction goes.
The rat sounds like a little kid. *points* “SHE did it! >:O” great webcomic. :]
Oh man, FelicityΓ’β¬β’s face in that last panel is priceless! So many things said in that face (“WTF?” being the obvious one).
Add +1 to the vote for a background. π
Ringo is one of my alltime favorites !
That deal is a must … tell IDW thanks … and i an ordering right now.
Plus that last panel today was PRICELESS
Well, It is 02:36 AM of the bloody morning, And I just managed to catch up this comic.
I started reading this comic, yesterday. In the beginning I didn’t like the idea of a comic made in 3D, but I have to say that the comics and the Characters are awesome and that’s whhy I will keep reading it.
I have to admit that I’m following this comic because at the first glance I saw a character similar to Kat of BoF2. XD
Yep, I spent my hole day-off of work reading this comic, but it was worthy. (I mean, is my blooding free day If I want to spend it reading a Comic I will)
Okay, time to get some sleep before I pass-out on the Keyboard.
Greetings from Arg.
This comic is Supreme.
Ciao!!
It’s fun to see that even after all your great success, you’re still excited to hold your own book. π
Aww, I expected with the first guard being named Reginald and the third named Barklay, that the second would be called Endicott.
Oh nooo! They got reinforcements!
Reginald Barklay!? I totally didn’t catch that until “One of Many”‘s comment …
So, subtle Star Trek reference, or coincidence?
π
WALRUS!
Apaeprntly this is what the esteemed Willis was talkin’ ’bout.
Life lesson 729: Never trust a walrus.
You couldn’t resist making that pun, could you?
