We’re back!
Whew….what a trip.
I had 16 meetings in 2.5 days…yikes.
I’ll fill you all in on anything I can speak about after talking things over with the agent and lawyer. But lot’s o’ good stuff.
Maybe even…gasp….a DREAMLAND MOVIE???
We’ll see….
🙂
Hope you’re all enjoying the story as it’s coming along.
I really need to make up some lost time and get back to work on pages this week.
No rest for the weary…
you’re kidding. Kidding.
Do not tease sir!
I’m having trouble understanding what just happened in this comic. Did Nik somehow send Alex flying or was it the motion of the ship?
Well, a Dreamland movie certainly sounds promising – even though it all still seems to be written in the stars, it doesn’t hurt to hope, does it? Even though chances are slim it may be out in Europe (unless it’s getting done by someone like NewLine or Miramax or even Pixar – who knows) I would certainly get the DVD!
CATAPULT!
This would be an excellent time for Alex to remember how to fly.
While I do understand NDAs, to drop that kind of bombshell and not give details may lead to stroke or seizure. Devil’s in the details and I think we’re all feeling a wee bit evil now.
A movie!!!! Yea you!!! However, please make sure to keep creative control, we don’t want another Eragorn incident…
No funking way!
That’d be amazing.
So amazing it made me say funk instead of #$%^&
Thanks guys…
And yes…Alexander’s being catapulted up with Paddington righting the ship suddenly.
A movie would be amazing, scary (would it get done the right way?) and still a huge longshot. For every movie that actually gets released, dozens and dozens never make it through the sausage machine of the entertainment industry.
I’m keeping my fingers crossed though. Is it to soon to audition to be a voice ‘extra’? It’d be fun to add another movie to my career…
When I saw that part about the movie i screamed, jumped up and did a round through the house (still screaming) and came back to the computer. 😀
that would be amazing, hope that goes well! and don’t wear yourself out with all these meetings!
A move would be cool! But…with all the animations you’ve been adding, isn’t it close to half a movie already? Just join them all together, some voice actors, a little music…
OK, OK, so maybe one panel with animation out of six or a dozen isn’t quite enough. 🙂 Good luck with this.
And thanks for the comic!
