Oh finally, we get to hear word from Felicity again. Doesn’t sound like things are going well though.

I doubt she’ll be gone forever, but it’ll be interesting to see what the deal is.

So yeah like I said in my first comment (this is my second comment) I found this through Yonga Sun’s blog.
And I am glad to see that the medicine bag’s function isn’t like the sword. It’s more creative and avoids being too convenient. I’ll try to post a comment every new strip from now on and be as much help as I can ^^ for now I just think Nastasjia can have more graceful poses 🙂 I could upload sketches but I don’t know how to show images in the comments.

I think there should be a name for her specie… I mean “Cat Girl” sounds like a ComicCon phenomenon.

Probably wouldn’t work Maria. : ) There would just be another cliffhanger.
I might just be a little OCD, but I’d like to take a moment to point out that most animals, when walking, use opposite feet in the front and back. For example, Orion seems to be stepping forward with his front and back right feet. For horses, it is also normal to step with one foot at a time. (like I said, OCD)

You’re right, at least it’s not a Friday, but still, this is going to be painful, especially since I can’t stay up too late to see the next page. Not that it would matter, I’m sure tomorrow’s page isn’t much better.
But while I have my doubts that Nicole and Felicity will ever meet up again (though I am pushing for letters within the medicine bag) I think that if Alex tells her that Nicole remembers her, and perhaps embellish it a little, like saying she misses her, wishes that they could meet again, etc, it might give Felicity a chance to pull though, beacuse you don’t introduce a great character like Felicity and then kill her off, right? RIGHT?
I think this is the part where Alex goes in and lets Fel know that Nicole remembers her. Maybe with that thought, that Nicole is alive and well, it may bring some hope to the plot.

I don’t usually comment, but I am an avid reader, and I have to agree with Dana. Not OCD for me, but I’m a horse person, and she’s right. Orion is kind of walking like a giraffe right now, horses walk differently. (I couldn’t find a trot or run diagram but here’s one for how a horse walks: http://blogs.discovermagazine.com/loom/files/2009/01/horse-walking600.jpg ) I don’t want to nitpick, but I know you like the heads-up and help from readers xD;;
Anyway, I’ll also say that I’ve loved the story since I started reading it, and even though I don’t generally comment, I will continue to love it!

I like the new navigation buttons. Might I suggest adding some to above the comic panel as well? I’m not able to read the comic on Fridays, so when I come into work on Monday (or Tuesday in this case) I make sure to back up a few panels to start where I had previously left off. I would prefer not to have to view the entire panels to get to the navigation.
Just a suggestion!
Love the story, I check it all week (except Fridays and weekends, hehe, I have to have something to look forward to on Mondays!)

i been lurking on the boards, but is a person that really cant type for his worth and i just have to say this is a great comic and i enjoy the storytelling
I’d echo others, saying I’m almost surprised we get this on Tuesday not Friday. But then I think – this is Scott we’re talking about. He may well only be building us up to a worse cliff-hanger then (like the last couple panels of the week just showing Felicity, sick and bed and apparently slowly slipping away – Crap! Uh… I didn’t just say that).

Less of a story-related comment, but when I looked at the first panel, I thought Alex was walking a little strangely. Then I realized what it was: He’s putting his left arm forward as he steps with his left foot. Normally, when one walks, they use opposite arms and legs. For example, step with your left foot, swing your right arm forward. It’s a counter-balance thing. It may be why he seems to be leaning backward in the first panel. Staj is doing this, too.
My sister needed help with walking animation before. This is one of the sites she was given to reference. It looks very good. Hope it helps (:

Repeating a previous commenter OH NOES!!! Don’t die Felicity!!! Scott, If you kill her off I bet you viewers will drop. Not saying that I won’t keep watching but Felicity really fun to have! I also noticed that Nastajia is running toward the tent too, maybe she put old feeling behind her? Wow a cliffhanger on a Tuesday. At least it only one more day instead of two I guess I’ll just have to wait it out :(.

Maybe it could turn out that Nicole has a cat at home… And then Felicity inhabits the body of that cat when she sleeps… Just that she doesn’t remember whilst awake because the thoughts of a FULL cat are difficult to remember…

[incidentally… King Arthur was actually supposed to be the representation of God on Earth, as were all the British Kings… [techincally he was celtic, but let’s ignore that]… And since the mention of Arthur earlier on [and solomon… he was freakin biblical!]… Could we guess that Alex is now the wielder of the power of some god in Dreamland?]
