Er.. I had the same question.. I had literally no memory of the bracelet, and still don’t. And I read like 50+ pages past that link and still no bracelet 🙁
(I mean, Merlin had that whole “I am magic, and I control all portals!” thing going, so I was assuming he just portal’ed her there…)
Yeah, we saw the bracelet before. You have to go back to the part of the story where Arthur is trying to bridge the way between Dreamland and our world. It’s where he goes to sleep and never wakes up because of Nicodemus treachery. He was trying to create the bracelet at that moment.

Actually, at exactly 50 pages after that link, it shows the Dreamland half of the bracelet (called Amulet at that point) fading away as the spell is being cast, and a few pages before that, you can see the Earth half, with Merlin telling him he can’t have the Sword on him while he forms it.
I simply thought the Wraiths had interrupted the spell before it was finished, with Merlin having to stop to defend himself from the Wraiths, and the Centaur getting killed before finishing the spell. I didn’t know that the bracelet was complete.
I suppose Merlin possessing the bracelet explains one of the questions I’d had, which is how Merlin’s Dream body was in Dreamland. I’d assumed perhaps he found a way to use his magic to do it, like he had before, even though that was linked more with Astral Projection type things, and not quite the same as a Dream body. Now I wonder if he was using the bracelet, and had been under the sleep spell that Niviene cast on Dan.
I suppose the bracelet might also have ended up in limbo, and Merlin went in there, trying to get Arthur out, and couldn’t, but did get the bracelet from there.
Wow! 😀 Does she get to keep the bracelet? And maybe Mom and Dad can use it to see Alex? 😀 So exciting. And so cute to see Felicity and Nicole together at last. 🙂
Also: So Merlin’s “Behold!” from the previous page was just him pointing? Felicity did the transporting with the bracelet?

Wow. I have utterly no memory of those pages at all. Man. I’m going to have to get all the books at once just so I can read through the whole story to refresh my memory. Eesh. Getting old sucks nuts.
Yep, I called it. The bracelet was completed just before the centaur mage in Dreamland was slain by wraiths. Since the centaur mage was not able to end the spell King Arthur was trapped in Limbo with the completed bracelet.
Evidently, Merlin went to Limbo to rescue King Arthur, leaving his body in stasis entombed in a tree, courtesy of Niviene, and having left a spell-engraved tablet in the pyramid in Dreamland for the tigrins to use to summon him back. But the wraiths slew all the tigrins at the pyramid complex, only missing a young girl tigrin thief they were unaware of.
So the magic bracelet is finally being used as King Arthur intended, allowing an adult human on earth to travel to Dreamland. It was the creation of this bracelet that drove Nickodemus to his ill-fated alliance with the Nightmare Realm.
Oh, so both of them could use it maybe? or one using it would leave the other trapped? Hmm.
It’s rather like that old puzzle “How do you get a fox, a chicken and a bag of corn safely across a river”.
Apparently I went about 46 pages 🙂
Also, it’s referred to as an “amulet”. I realize it might be too late now, but it would REALLY be better if this little bit of narrative magic were made clear.. we’re obviously supposed to be all like “hey, wow, there’s that bracelet!” but I don’t think any readers remembered that at all.
That’s what I’m talking about.
It happens on a few of the following pages too. Don’t worry. I’m sure they’ll fix anything needs to be fixed before it goes to print.
