If he can switch between bodies within dreamland, than so should Alex also be able to.
Just think you having a cool armor and be invincible – and be it!
I do wonder about that. Other than Merlin, it seems to require having an anchor in the waking world. As far as I know, Alex doesn’t have one any more, since his actual waking world body is here. Dan has one. I suppose Gil has one in the sleeping children he’s enslaved.
If I were Alex, i would defenitely not remember that name xD
“Gilga-whatever, meet Excalibur”
“Excalibur can not harme one such as – wait you can not even remember my name?”
“Nah, i’m just gonna cal you Gil, or Gilga, way easilier”
“How… How dare you?”
Alex is carrying out his main mission here, keeping Gilgamesh distracted so he does not notice the dragon hooking up to the magic feeder system. It remains to be seen if Excalibur can hit Gil’s Dreamland body. It should be able to do so. Also, Excalibur also has the ability to blind the foe, so that may come into use. And finally, either Nicole or Mom is eventually going to stun the monster choking Dan with some sort of solid object.
Alex! King of understatement!

Well…that’s a new wrinkle…Not that Gil had enough of those already…
Hate to say it, but……..Gilgamesh’s armor looks freakin’ SICK! Love it
I hope Alex will gain that similar ability.

On the other hand, the wraiths come and go at will, so who knows. Magic is twisty stuff, so I guess it’s possible.
“Only at the last do you understand, boy!”
I’m sure Scott is ecstatic that he could finally, after all these years, make this reveal.
So, it looks like it is down to Daniel.
well that’s different.
I wonder if Excalibur can’t do anything, if the Sword of Kings can.
Hello, final boss.
If I were Alex, i would defenitely not remember that name xD

But Alex is here in his real body, not his dream body. So he’s stuck as he is.
You can do it, Alex!

Of course there’s a black knight in this story.
Then… How did Gilgamesh get that ability?
Gilgamesh must have been studying armor through the ages as that is almost assuredly not from his time.
Alex has to want it, to believe it.
First impression: Oh, hello Sarevok.
Oh vey. Gil is pulling a one-winged angel move. Watch out, Alex!
Gilligan… He’ll get the reference from the kids.
I don’t think Nico is going to hook up to the system, but disconnect Gil from it, thus getting redemption before he dies.
Uh oh….. not good.
This. So much this.
Or video games. From the children’s dreams.
