Tactically, I’m not sure about tossing the bow-converted-to-spear and losing a weapon. On the other hand, she’ll likely pick up his war hammer, with will make a better club that the broken bow, so I guess it’s an overall gain. +50 or so.
Pirate: “YOU’RE WHERE I SHOW UP TO WORK NAKED??? NOOOO!!!”
🙂
OK, she’s gotten two of them, exchanged a sort of spear for a bullwhip, and is now facing a two bladed pirate. She’s done well, but it’s hard to tell if she’s done well enough.
She’s a beauty when she’s angry. I just hope she doesn’t agitate her wound so badly that she can’t fight anymore and the pirates overcome her, and then ramming speed kicks in in the ta-da! nick of time.
I’m certainly no weapons expert, but aren’t spears mainly for throwing? The only other truly dangerous way I can see using them involves running around stabbing things but never letting go if the not-stabby end. Either way, the users needs to remove the stabbed body from the end of the spear before they can stab something else. All in all, I think in this battle it makes little difference if Nastajia throws it or hangs onto it. It’s largely a one time use weapon.
A spear can be used as a melee weapon, if it’s short enough. Think of it as a staff with a pointy end. They were also very good for allowing foot soldiers to unseat horsemen.
I am the Night!
I’d be scared of her too at this point.
She looks like an angry lion mother, protecting her cubs
Yeah I would run away, screaming for my mommy, if I was one of those pirates….
Graab the hamma!
That hammer’s gotta be a nod to Thor’s Hammer the Mjolnir.
“I’m Batman!”
Sorry.

Kids, grab rocks and start pelting the pirate.
Kiddos watching an elven princess murder a lion pirate. Sounds like a kid’s nightmare alright.
she’s the princess of the elves. With her parents absent, she’s the acting queen. She’s sorta famous. Where have those pirates been? ^^;;;;
Not to mention they faced Nastajia and the others several times before. Did they not bother to remember their old foes?
Nastajia is channeling her inner Xena…!

Their memory seems short. After what she did to their captain not TOO long ago…

That was no spear, that was what was left of her bow.
I am the elf queen, BOW before me!
Maybe that was a different group of pirates? 🙂

Ooooh. Kinky.
