Interesting- if Dreamland works as we think, Alex’s arriving physically should mean he has no more special powers than the peoples who live there. Or does it? Throw magic into the mix and anything is possible.
Looks like the King and the Centaur know that a solid body jumping through the portal into Dreamland would make it unstable. That shared look is an understanding that only Alex would do so.
Woohoo! Alex the Destroyer!
Alex the dumb, lucky kid… He should not get cocky.
It was good that the portal wasn’t opened in the moon or something…
Blew them out of the air too, it did! Wonder what effect this may have had on the Dreamer. And maybe the beastie in Dan’s room?
Bognok and Orion are exchanging SIGNIFICANT glances in panel 3. I wonder what each is thinking.
Orion: “He is here in his real body. This is dangerous.”
Bognok: “The King is a lunatic. I like it.”
Meanwhile, back at the ranch:
Daniel: Hey, Nicole. Have you seen Alex?
LOVE!
Alex Carter-Slayer of Nightmare Beasts!!! 😉
Ahem…
“Spaaaaaaaaaaaaace!”
Yeahhh… Daniel and Nicole haven’t acknowledged that just yet, have they?
All in awe of fishy-butt [humor, I DO know her name] being present on Earth, they haven’t stopped to ask why Alexander didn’t help carry her inside.
Can I just say how much I love Bognok’s face in panel 3? Awesome job there.

*Snicker* Nice one! ^^
The low compressibility of water causes nasty things to happen when there are explosions underwater; looks like it worked in Alex’s favor here!
