Well, my guess is that that didn’t hurt Dan. (Unfortunately.) It might momentarily inconvenience him and we’ll get to see how he does or doesn’t react to that. Like all gods, I expect any reaction to fall into the categories of ‘petty’ and/or ‘vindictive’.
{Yes, I really don’t like the character of ‘Dan the God’. Way too ‘Dues Ex Machina’ for my taste.}
Nicodemus. And he’s apparently starting out by putting his fingers on the ground, then putting weight on his palms. He’s a reptile; you’ve got to expect he’ll do things different.
And Dan sees Nic scooting over to the side, and Abaddon pulling back, just before the statue hits. I assume he’s going to ask Nic why he didn’t give a warning; Nic may well smoothly reply he didn’t see the need, Dan had boasted of his power and invulnerability, so obviously a simple dropped statue wouldn’t be a problem.
I further assume Dan trusts Nic not in the slightest and is well aware that, if Dan DOES manage to defeat the Dreamer, Nic will promptly try to banish him from Dreamland again.
I dont think a dragon would be a reptile since they are cold blooded, and well, the whole breathing fire thing. If you have read the original Jurrasic park I think he would be akin to their explanation of dinosaur warm bloodedness.
That being said, it oooks like he is tucking his paw in like a cat does when they lay down its weird
Not so sure about the latter. Having been recently humbled (a few times), he might be more open to giving the smart human a chance.
The former? … at the time of reading this page I thought Dan wouldn’t even mention it.
Sigh… They really do not learn, do they?
3am eastern time, I laughed so hard I woke the dog, who started barking excitedly and woke up the rest of the house.
Daniel’s gonna be pissed when he gets up from that
genuine lol moment, thanks 🙂
I love how Nic is all onto it and is just curious to see how this ends.
That went well for Dan,at those wraiths didn’t have machine guns and fired a few rounds into him!
It seems that Nicodemus isn’t lifting a claw….!

Umm did the dragon (drawing blank on name) break his foot? The way it bends is all weird.

A for Effort.

Nic: Imma just walk oveeeerrr here. no reason.
This progression is spot on hilarious. Sorry Dan.
No question where Nic’s loyalties lie. Not with Dan.
Oh man, several updates in a row! This is just like 2011 all over again! 🙂
Just wondered for a minute if it was an ACME gargyle or if it will be a safe, next xD

Abaddon is so adorably confused. They’re like big dumb puppies.
