Speaking of which, considering that we hadn’t seen an arrow in a while and the last panel she was just standing there calling Alex, it looks like she was just watching the fight and cheerleading or something. I know she was probably fighting very bravely as well to be no longer in a kidnapped situation… but it just looks that way. Don’t hurt me T_T
I agree though. She should be in greater peril. Monsters grabbing her, possibly her bow taken. She’s not the person to stand around idly when monsters threaten. At least not when it doesn’t look like she’s hampered in any way.

Think about it- they already had the elf. Tourturing her would only make him fight harder, releasing her would make them work together if they tried to keep fighting.
This…I think they’ve created a fake Nastajia to get him to stop fighting…or to see if they can break him…or potentially to infiltrate the good guys’ circle and play spy…but definitely not the real Nastajia. How would they have brought her back so quickly (unless they have a hive-mind)? And why wouldn’t she have joined the fighting?
I just figured out why the captions don’t seem to emanate from one single creature. The beasties from the Nightmare Realm are Legion. Legion = hivemind. I wonder how far their telepathic communications can travel.
Sure could be a fake Nastajia! Although it wouldn’t surprise me if she had fought her way out. She just doesn’t fit the profile of “damsel in distress.”
