Take care of the children and they will care you you!
I like everything that is going on with all the characters. Can’t wait till they all get back together to reason/fight with Abaddon.
Also we are only 90 votes away form making Dreamland Chronicles in 10th place. We can do it guys!
FYI – you missed an “n” in the word kindness in the last panel. 🙂 Great explanation of the royals being helped by the children, by the way.
Oops. Thanks!
I just have one question. If they have been missing for years, living in the human lands, how are they still wearing the same clothing, and not having it be absolutely disgusting? There has got to be some magic elf crap going on here.
If they can figure out a way to have magical armor, and arrows that look like they’re made of light, I’m sure they figured out a way to magic their laundry. Let’s go with it.
Elves don’t sweat…ever.
I love the idea of the children recognizing the king and queen and helping them, that is really sweet. Gave me warm fuzzies this morning. 🙂
They’re reptiles!
Heh heh! How cute. 🙂
How are they wearing these clothes in the United States of America in 2013? I mean, are they pretending they’re going to a cosplay event, all the time?
How long have they been here?
Having new clothes designed and coded for the digital characters is really expensive. Per Scott, at least $1,000. So we get to suspend our disbelief on what they are wearing. 🙂 I mean…has no one noticed that Nicole has never changed clothes in the entire series?
Oh wow, that’s a good one. Didn’t think of it before but that makes sense.
What I want to know is, if they’ve been missing for years, how are there still children young enough to visit Dreamland who recognize them? How long have they been stuck on Earth again?
My guess is the children recognize them as simply elves from Dreamland, not necessarily that they are the King and Queen of elves.
Children who are young enough to go to Dreamland at night, repay the favor to the king and queen of the elves, now I hope for an explanation of how they came to America.
soooo, they flap their ears like elephants? XD
One explanation I’m hoping for is how the language barrier is overcome. So far it seems like everyone and everything that talks in Dreamland speaks English, yet that would not be the case so much in foreign countries like Egypt. If every country in the world shares the same Dreamland then how can everybody all communicate with each other so easily? Is this some sort of Dreamland magic? Has this been explained before already and I just missed it or don’t remember?
Babel fish.
I’m sticking with the glamer explanation. Kids see them as they are adults see just couple of normal people.
A lot of you are missing a trick here. There is a quote (I don’t know where from).
“Never try to question what you love, for it will surely destroy the magic.”
By the clothing covering them and being held up by friction / gravity / whatever?
Like seriously… what is the issue?
I walk around London in chainmail sometimes. Why? Because I like my chainmail.
Kidness?
