It’s the body of water nearest his home? I guess it’s fortunate no one has drawn a bath. 🙂
I think it was already pointed out that it has to be natural bodies of water, and baths count as man-made.
But a bathtub would be SO much funnier.

So, next step is to wake up and get Dan and Nicole to show up at a pond or body of water.

I’ve been thinking the same thing. The only problem might be that the pool only shows places in the real world, and not dreamland…
I got the impression that the current dream sequence is happening while he’s sleeping at night. So shouldn’t it be night time at “home”?
Reminds me of The Duck Pond at my old university. Spent many a second semester afternoons tanning around it. Good times.

Also it might be just simple dependency on amount of water. Probably huge man-made pools is fine too.
Actually last his adventure was so long… No wonder it’s already day. I had feeling he will wake up in the middle of fight with that monsters.
waaah good point~ But then again, he’s been sleeping for a while now and it’s summer holiday, so maybe he just slept in? Maybe he needs to get up soon!

This is Alex.
Alex lives on a bench in the forest next to a small lake. Alex loves fishing, which is unfortunate because this is a Marine Protected Area, and fishing is Against the Law.
So, Alex spends his days sitting on his bench, reading picture books and doing calf exercises.
“Perhaps today,” Alex sometimes thinks, “Someone will come and sit next to me, and we will Talk.” But no one ever does. And so it goes, day in, and day out.
Alex’s nights are restless, because sleeping on a cold, hard bench next to a lake is very uncomfortable. And so it is many nights before Alex finally starts to dream…

yes i know that but the tree model is in the same spot.. as the same one that has Merlin in it.. you see what i mean, and since alex and dan are the descendents of Arthur that would explain why the tree is there could be merlin was watching over them, so what if that tree is merlins and could trans port to another tree thru the roots of another?
