Happy Monday, All!
I just wanted to let you know that for the next two weeks the comics will be updating 3 days a week (M-W-F) instead of the normal 5 days a week.
This is because….WE’RE GOING TO DISNEY WORLD!

It’s been 2 years since we’ve gone on a vacation…and Donna, the boys, and I really needed to take a few days off.
So once we got our option money from our movie sales (and paid off a LOT of bills)…we had a couple thousand left over to take a little trip to Disney World (boy it’s expensive).
I’ll be around for most of this week. But have a lot to do other than Dreamland too.

And about time they started experimenting with the pendent. Was wondering what was taking so long, though I would have thought his brother should have tried it.
Still curious what is going to trigger the remaining 10 chapters of the chronicles as you could almost tie up the whole story right now. I’m still hoping for a zombie dragon Nicodemus.

It looks like we are about to find out what happens when another adult wears the sword necklace. If this works, then Dan definitely needs to wear it the next night, so that he can actually see Dreamland like he should have been able to for so many years. I hope that it does work, because that will make for quite the reunion.
Also, Scott, I hope that you and your family enjoy Disney World! You and your family definitely deserve to have a nice vacation, and we are more than happy to be able to still get 3 comics a week while you are on vacation (we would have understood if you had just had guest comics or nothing). I just hope you don’t have to wait two years for your next vacation.

I just got back from there 2 weeks ago. You and yours will love the new Star Tours at the Hollywood Studios Park-a different ride, every time. Remember the sunscreen, I didn’t on one day, and I felt it for the rest of the week.
Is Nicole going to dreamland? Yay! That would be so cool!!
I wonder why they never think of asking the Sword what would happen if someone else wore it. If this has ever been tried in the past, or if it’s something forbidden, the Sword would know…
And I also wonder if Dan CAN get into Dreamland via the Sword. He’s the should-be King, but he can’t enter Dreamland the regular way as long as there’s someone else rightfully on the Throne. Before, it was Arthur; now, it’s Alex…

Nicole wearing the sword necklace to see if she can get to Dreamland? I think it’s a great idea, I mean, what could possibly go wrong? Of course, that’d leave both brothers outside and the sword in. Ok, a lot can go wrong…
No worries, Scott, you deserve this vacation. I’d endure two weeks of no Dreamland for you to go on vacation, but a three-day option is preferred. 🙂 Have fun!

Disney World, eh? If you ever go to Typhoon Lagoon and find a red-headed cabana boy, I probably know him, even though I can’t remember his name. He’s basically the brother I never had, not counting the brother I actually DO have.
Have fun in Disney World!!! You guys deserve a little break!

I live in Florida, a couple of hours from Disney, I’m sure you’ll have a wonderful time. Shame I didn’t know sooner, my wife is a wizard at finding bargains there.

Hmmm… Nicole goes to Dreamland by wearing the necklace, this constitutes some kind of breach of law, which revives Nic by taking Nicole’s life as payment. Dan goes ultra mad and decides to go to Dreamland for revenge.
That’s about ten chapters, I’d say… 😉

Scott- I hope you and your family get to greatly enjoy your well earned vacation. I will point out that, ironically, one of the ads on your website today was for savings on DisneyWorld trips (and yes, I clicked). 😉
If you know someone who is a FL native, see about getting them to purchase the tickets on your behalf. I don’t know if this is true of DisneyWorld or not, but DisneyLand in CA offers exclusive rates and discounts to CA residents. 5 of us got a one-day Park Hopper pass (DisneyLand and California Adventure). If I remember correctly, the 5 of us got into the parks, on Christmas Day, for only about $340. So, look into that. It could save you guys a ton of money.
BTW, just so it’s understood, that was with the CA residence discount. Not sure how much it would have been without it- but I can’t imagine for 5 people in two parks that it would have been less than $400. Especially, on Christmas Day.

Scott, congratulations! That is great news! It’s about time all that hard work has paid off! I’m glad that you got actual, real money in options versus the standard Hollywood “percentage of the profits that will never show a profit” scam. Noone deserves a vacation more than you and your family for all the work you do! I’m sure it was tempting to spend the money on a new monitor, an upgraded graphics card, and a modelling program upgrade. Good for you for putting family first!
When we went to Disney World, we looked into doing the “rent a pass” option via ebay. You basically borrow someone’s season pass for a day (or more) and get tickets that way. I guess they never check IDs with the pass, and you get a big discount. When you are done, you meet up with the person again and give it back. Since we could only attend for one day, we decided against it.
LOL, no worries. I’m actually 7 pages into the next issue. For the first time in my life I have something of a buffer, so we should be good on updates for awhile.
I mean… there are some things you can’t give up. Dreamland is one! 🙂
