I agree. I’m convinced Nick will come back, but only for revenge. He’s lost the crown and he knows it, but to lose it to a human, and be impaled by an elf, he’ll be back, though it’ll probably take a long time and it’ll probably be the best entrance he ever had.

OK, that’s outside-the-fourth-wall thinking. But an established ruler like Nicodemus will be hard to take down–and it will take more than just one loss for him to be fully defeated.
Alex had to cheat on his elf girlfriend to beat nic. i don’t like that, but there’s a good chance that nic is alive because this is chapter 16 out of 24. lol
That was my first thought too! That Nicole looks a bit left out and depressed… I couldn’t quite put my finger on the exact cause, but I think you might be right! =O
he is dead his body underwater, we all saw it and nick cant fly with that impalement and or bleeding to death in the water or being drowned take your pick,so if he comes back its going to be a bloody miracle that he not in some way crippled or lost a limb of sort.. in my eyes he is dead we saw the body he tried to take alex with him when he fell into the water to his death.
