Well…it’s been a busy week.
I’m happily keeping up with my pages. But sorry to say I haven’t been able to come up with new Vote Incentives.

I personally like the idea of something with Orion in it. I don’t know how this will be used though so It makes the choice difficult for me personally to vote on it.

The last panel expression’s good (awesome actually), but the speech bubble…could have been perked up with a few more colorful words. 🙂 Even G-rated would be better.
Either Dan is pissed because he didn’t kiss the girl, or because now all campus knows he was going to kiss the girl.

wooo 2 days and I’m all caught up (start to finish) wow, just wow was not expecting this good of a story. and the 3d rendering for the scripts are aswome expecially the pan outs of the cities and the last bunch fighting

Since Donna Sava is a less known or recognized (tho critically important) force that helps support Scott by being his loving wife; I think to have the university named after her is a wonderful tribute to her contribution.

It could be just me, but I subconsciously read that last panel as “Are you freakin’ kidding me?” Dan’s facial expression, I believe, implies at least a pseudo-expletive.

Hehehe… poor Dan. I’ve got siblings of my own, they can be fun and difficult at the same time.

Nah… It’d suck, but it’d be something to laugh about later… y’know, after the world was saved and my sibling was safe from evil ol’ Dragon-butt. I’m sure Dan and Alex will be able to look back on this later and laugh, but now is not that time. Now comes the POW! The affectionate, brotherly-love kind of POW!
I really enjoy the fact that Scott didn’t put an explicative in that bubble. I know I try not to use ‘even G rated’ language of frustration myself to avoid the temptation of non-g-rated language. Not everyone loses control of their words when angry and frustrated. I love that Dreamland doesn’t use profanity and other foul/crude/lascivious language. And in a format like this, using ‘g rated’ language would seem forced and end up looking like a band-aid for a profane counterpart.

We’re all pretty much in awe of the incredible creation that is Dreamland, especially our first time through. Be sure to go back through (when you can) and read all the comments along the way; that can really help you get a feel of the camaraderie this community has developed.

I wonder is being choked unconscious will get Alex back to Dreamland faster than waiting til he can get to sleep. I think we’re gonna find out.
I agree, and remember that Dan is the more reflective one, more straight-laced. I think he’d use profanity only rarely, and when really pushed to it.
Still, considering how Nicole and Dan were, even if this moment was ruined, another will come along. Remember how it was with Alex and Nastajia?

Looks more like she’s trying to hide a blush or something.
Personally, I don’t think it was a stupid reason, as much as the first excuse she could think of… After all, she just got caught red-handed (red-lipped? 😛 ) opening herself up emotionally to Dan… that kind of intimacy, even at the beginning, involves a certain degree of willingness to be vulnerable to the other person, so it is usually best that those moments be kept private. Once the relationship is established, it’s ok… but at the beginning, not so.
So she is probably blushing, embarassed, trying to save face (when mere moments before, she would have rather been kissy-faced… 😛 ) She is now very much self-counscious, and does not want to be embarassed further.
She also probably doesn’t want to be around for the almost inevitable argument between the two brothers over how Alex just interrupted them… Again, later in the relationship (once it is established), she would probably be honoured to watch Dan defend her honor… as it is, she would probably be embarassed to watch him argue as to how Alex prevented Dan from conquering her…
Donnabrook University is currently very far in the lead. I’ll check again at the end of the weekend but it looks like we have a winner.

WOW. Holy cow. I just found this comic from a link off of Seraph-inn, which is my usual fix. I like it! Obviously so, seeing as I’ve been up since…Yikes! 12am and it’s now 6:30am and I’ve only just come to the latest page! Awesome comic, like none other I’ve seen before and I will gladly add this one to the top of my weekly readings!

You don’t have to read this one weekly. It’s updated Monday through Friday. And, Scott’s really good about keeping it updating until a chapter is finished. Then, he sometimes needs a slight break to get the next chapter going, but again, the buffer he builds up allows for continuous updates of the chapter until its completion (if not longer, depending on how far out his buffer of completed pages goes).

I’ve already voted for you, guys, and now that I have found ya’ll I will continue to do so. I noticed the rather lengthy comment pages! It wasn’t only the comics I was reading. The comments are just as much fun!
yes we can get a little rambunctious in our comments as I know I eagarly look forward to every single page Scott puts out… I think you could surmise Scott has one of the best and most supportive audiences in existence in web based comics… I have to admit Scott it was Jenny Breeden and her Devils Pantys that pointed me in your direction… her comics are simpler but so much fun to read as I figure it is about her everyday life.
Final panel..It starts with this pose and then a zoom out with Dan falling on his knees and screaming: NOOOOOOO!!!
Then Campus security rushes to the scene…
