Heroe’s Con…
Update:
We just heard from the moving company. We won’t get our stuff until Saturday…sigh.
I guess we’ll have to go next year.
There’s a Comic Con I’ve always wanted to attend.
It’s in Charlotte, NC. And it’s this weekend.
The thing is. It’s this weekend. We’re in Tennessee (which means we can actually DRIVE there in 6 hours).
Our stuff (our house) is on it’s way here from Los Angeles.
If we get our stuff in time (which includes my books)…I’d love to go.
Shelton Drum (the person who heads up the con) has graciously offered me a table if I can make it.
So…if we CAN go. Who all is also attending? Who’s in the area?

I live just outside of Charlotte, in the country. I love it here. I won’t be attending the convention, though. (unfortunately…)

I grew up in the military; getting your stuff within a week sounds beyond incredible to me. 😉 We usually had to wait 1-2 months to get our stuff.
Man, it’s 7 hrs and 15 mins from here (according to Google). That’s kind of long for an impromptu trip, so I don’t believe that I will be going. I’d love to make it there in the future though.
Maybe we could see each other next year! 🙂

I will be attending! I know it would be quite a drive but it would be great to see you there.
San Diego is much closer to me. According to Google, I’m 30 hours’ drive away from Charlotte. ^_^; But San Diego is only 6 hours away. Yay!
Pssst.. when you shoot a bow, typically the hand you use to pull back the string anchors at your mouth or eye, not your armpit. Also, the arrow would be on the other side of the bow, resting on her left hand. I know, I know, it’s a comic, but… I’m picky. 😛 Regardless, the glowing arrow is cool!

If I ever REPRINT the books…I’ll go back and fix it.
