2,000,000 Readers Worldwide!
Yup. That’s right.
We’ve hit over 2,000,000 unique readers worldwide since we started up the website in January of 2006.
Can you believe that?
Wow!
Thank you all for your support…friendship…and love.
Looking forward to the next few million and beyond.
Thanks again
Scott
Wow, congratulations! Paddington is so cute! ^^ (Oh, and just a note, but I think it should be Feeding -on- and terrorizing. Feeding sounds like the merman are eating him. Or maybe it’s just me xD)
Oh congratulations!! That’s terrific!! Must be because of your great IT skills (which i envy everyday, i aspire to learn how to make work like yours for uni :P) and be because of your interesting plot line!! Aswell as your kind down to earthness 😛
I was wondering, are you able to do this kind of thing for a full time job? Do you?
Don’t wish to burst your bubble, Scott, but Project Wonderful says you only get about 20,000 unique viewers each day. Where on earth do you get 2 million from? 2m unique people have seen your site? That doesn’t mean readers – just because they visited doesn’t mean they even liked your comic. I’m not being mean, I’m just saying you need to have a more realistic view of things.
Hmm. Why does the handkerchief (I guess it’s a handkerchief) look low res in the first panel of today’s comic? Is it supposed to be cross-stitch? Or did you only get a lowres texture?
well, let’s see…great art, great story. Of course lots of folks are reading this!! I have been reading PvP Online for years and Scott recommended you. My only regret is that he didn’t do it sooner!! Keep up the great work and we’ll keep spreading the word. 4 million here we come.
Bill
Scott, you definitely have one of the more unique comics out there. Congrats on your milestone.
Not surprised ;] Grats~
Great stuff! Congrats Scott! What a fantastic milestone to reach! 🙂
2 million visitors…even if they’re not all regular readers, that is no chump change. it’s got to translate to $ sooner or later too – good for you – you deserve it, Scott!
Congrats on the 2 million visitors, your comic is great!^^
Two million is awesome. Congratulations!
Did Nastajia just smile? Oh, no! Missing apostrophe.
Congratulations! This comic, more than any other I know of, manages to combine adventure, romance, and innocence in a beautifully executed graphical medium. It is an absolute delight and I bet you will get to 4m before you can blink twice.
2 mil? … wow, thats alot…
Congradulations!!!!!
Is this even a surprise? Really, this comic is awesome!!! It was destined to have 2 million++++ visitors!!!
Thank you all!
I’m really excited about it. It’s a great milestone.
For those of you who are asking…
Since we’ve started the comic online…we’ve grown steadily. We’ve had 2,000,000 readers in a year and a half.
Yes that’s not 2,000,000 dedicated fans. That’s just unique IP’s that came to the site. But still….it’s a good thing.
We have anywhere between 8,000-11,000 unique readers coming back every day. So I know we have a growing audience.
That’s the whole point. People are reading Dreamland. That’s why I put it online.
Either way. Thank you all. Really…thanks.
Two million unique IP’s…and think of all the simulteneity going on!
Nastajia: “This is elven! This was my mother’s!”
Alex: “Cool, can we clone her from that?”
I fear I alone am responsible of about 200-300 of those unique hits, since I always log in from different internet cafes around the world… Sorry… =/
haha congratulations:D
Oh wow! Congrats! 2million is many people :3
I’m starting to hate Nastasija…that face on panel one is just so extremly cruel. I get her heart was broken and her parents left her but princess of elves needs to get over it and herself.
If Nastajia doesn’t redeem herself by the end of this combat sequence I’m going to be unpleasantly surprised. Who does she think she is? The queen of elvenkind?
Okay, never mind, but I mean, really!
now imagine if you could get every dedicated reader to donate 1 dollar.
Oohhh, the big mean evil Kraken has a belly button.
Hmmmmm I wonder if he reacts like the Pilsbury Dough Man?
