Good panels. I’m really liking Ninieve and I think she;ll be able to give good advice to Nastaja regarding her love. After all, it is understandable she has questions about it, not really having had her mother to confide in. 🙂
Aw, how touching. And, yes! What a gorgeous painting of the 10th doctor! David Tennant really tugged on my heartstrings, although I do love Matt Smith and his excessive goofiness.
Is it just me, or am I picking up some slightly ominous vibes from that last panel… something like, “But now, I can swap him out for your boyfriend, bwahahahaha!” happening?
Dunno, perhaps I’ve just been reading too much Conan recently, and end up expecting the sorcerers to be bad gals 😛
Hahaha.. and Nastajia has that “yeah yeah… wait.. What are you talking about? Anyway, can we go back to talking about my boyfriend now?” look in the first panel XD
If Merlin ever returns (with or without Arthur), they’ll have to find a way for him (and/or Arthur) to stay in dreamland permanently. It’ll be the only culture they know that still exists. What I think MIGHT happen: Arthur might take over dreamland and Alex be a decorated hero. Will that be the basic ending? Endings that leave possibilities for sequels are always nice, but do webcomics do that?? Thank you Scott Christians Sava for this very intriguing story!
Not sure if this was answered in previous comments.
When alex was young, he and Nastajia were the same age. They both grew old together… How did Merlin age while Ninieve stayed young and how is she 1000 years old?
I think it’s mentioned in the flashbacky thing that he taught her youth magic, to stay young forever- something he couldn’t use himself? Or I might be going crazy.
Hate to tell you this Nastajia, but you’ll endure just what Niviene went through. I know elves aren’t immortal, but don’t they live for hundreds of years?
First!

Wow, a thousand years is a long time to carry a torch.
Must REALLY be love…
Awesomeness!
Is Tumblr that cool car Batman drives in the Christopher Nolan movies?

The image of the Doctor reminds me… is it just me or does Ninieve bear a passing resemblance to River Song?
That last panel is extremely creepy.
Scott. You’re paintings are awesome. Nice Dr. Who ^^
No, I see it too. Passing resemblance only, though.
And he’s called the Doctor. The show is Doctor Who. Nice sketch either way, though, although the cheeks are a little more like the Eleventh Doctor.

Never seen Dr. Who?!?!?
