Chances are they didn’t jump at precisely the same time, and at one gravity even one second difference in jump time translates to about 32 feet.
Now, as to their falling rates, THIS jump is high enough for air resistance to come into play (without the stronger influence of sword resistance). Paddington and Alex probably have similar drag coefficients, though Alex is probably marginally smoother and therefore would pull ahead in a REALLY long drop. Felicity is furry, and probably flailing, and so likely has a larger drag coefficient and will fall more slowly. Nastajia, with her cloak fanned out like a set of short wings, will darn near glide and will fall more slowly than anyone except Kiwi (who won’t fall at all, since she actually does have wings).
So there you have it: the comparative physics of a falling group, which would seem to be accurately rendered. (Oh, and the artwork is great, too.)
Alex: oh no, not again
Paddington: hey! at least the water will cushion YOUR fall!
Felicity: yeah, just enough to kill him as opposed to turning into jelly!
They already jumped off a 500′ ledge to get away from him, so the dragon shouldn’t have been too surprised that they’d do the same with a trifling 300′ ledge 😛
Couldn’t he just FLY DOWN??
Ya couldnt they all fly except for alex and maybe felicia???
lol, cross-eyes
what do u mean “blast you” go after them
Dragons are impervious to water :p haha. *shrugs* oh well, no hope now that they’ve jumped.
A fine study about specific weight.
I just hope Alex’s head/neck aren’t below his sword when he hits. I hear it can cut through anything; it might make short work of human flesh.
The water looks like a fuzzy blanket.
Again, shouldn’t Paddington be falling first?
No, i think it’s newtons law that all objects fall at the same rate… and if i was falling and someone said “Blast you!” i would say “Screw you!!”
and paddington get more air resistance cause he’s bigger
Alex is cross-eyed XD
Also, how did they end up so far apart? Didn’t they fall at the same time? 😛

😉
Sometimes it feels just like I’m falling in the ocean.
Funny face!
*Alex crosses his eyes while falling.* “Oh, look! A bug!“
*NOM NOM NOM*
Think Alex is wetting his pants?
Yeah, he has that ‘I need to change my undies’ look.

dude 1 you are right as my mom is on how to make a cake and 2 you have a great avatar! KINGDOM HEARTS RULE!!!!!!
maybe alex can ride his sword like a hoverboard and FLY!
Now many people have speculated that if we knew why Alex thought this we…
Wait. Wrong story.
Should we nickname Alex, “Petunia”?
:-]
Blast you? You have wings, you can fly you idiot! Dragons…
