The Making of Dreamland Page 35…
Hey guys…
In case you missed it…
Dave Reddick did a wonderful page yesterday that included his character Gina in multiple costumes.
Including Nastajia’s.
So cool!
Things are moving along nicely with the story.
Here’s hoping we can jump back to pages soon.
Thanks again for your encouragement and patience.
Scott
aww I love how the light just radiates through the layout ^^ nice job
Very nice! ^.^
Oh wow, a more rocky-looking Paddington!
I think the 3D shot there at the bottom of that page would make a very LOVELY wallpaper… But that’s just me ^_^
Good thing you got rid of that chin on Alex… It looks like it wants to attack someone. Nice job the rest of it.
Hey scott have you ever thought about making 3D images of Dreamland that people can see with the 3D glasses they’ve “borrowed” from the cinema? Now wouldn’t that be an awesome experience, actually viewing Dreamland in true 3D with the glasses!! 😀
Seth Jeffery: If it’s a polarized light one… I doubt you can save that to a computer image. Let alone display it from a computer screen.
hmmm… when trying to click that link, I get a “this web page is parked free” message… T_T
apart from that: I just came back to the comic after a 2-week-long vacation. it was fun catching up on the making of pages. always great to see the concept behind the finished work. 🙂
I get the same thing janey got with that link. Even so, welcome back and Happy New Year, Scott.
Whoops, it looks like somebody forgot to renew their domain name. It was working yesterday.
Thanks, Scott! And yes – had a domain issue – all resolved now – cheers, gang! Go, Dreamland!!
Very cool!
All: Don’t forget to VOTE! http://topwebcomics.com/vote/4274/default.aspx
Thank you, Tek! I was just about to post that myself. 😉
Too late for me–it won’t accept my vote for another 14+ hours…
I second that!
Way cool, Scott! I see you started out with a high quality comic to build upon. No wonder your work is so good now!
Some of the worlds look as if they are from a MMORPG! I’d like to see a dreamworld based game. Not follow the comic story line of course, but its own world with its own adventures!
I think he looks more intimidating this way.
*Gasp!* The picture that started it all.
I don’t know about the polarized light question, but apparently there are a number of methods for 3D that can be and are used over the internet – my Dad discovered several 3D trailers for Avatar online, including designed for the old-style 3D glasses (remember the indigo and red plastic in white cardboard?)
I was thinking the same thing.
Third!
To explain it fully, the clocks at TopWebComics operate in the Pacific Time zone, 8-9 hours behind GMT due to Daylight Savings in the USA. They allow ONE vote per the 24 hours that pass between midnight to the following midnight, or 3AM for them’s in the Eastern time zone. You can vote at 0300 on one day, 1700 the next and 1200 the third. The window is 24 hours wide, restarting every morning midnight Pacific, 0100 Mountain, 0200 Central and 0300 Eastern. If you’re outside the USA, then you do the math to what makes sense for you.
And, yes, I voted. I have every day for the past 13 months excepting one, but I made up for that by voting twice in one day, once as a registered member, the second as a guest from a different computer.
hey wow my first time to do a first post XD yay!
looking forward to continue the story Scott 😀
fourth!! 🙂
It’s the login screen to Dreamland!
