I think the guardian will be able to pofit from the healing power through physical contact with the person being healed… Don’t you sense a big kiss coming up as soon as she wakes up? I mean, look at them! XD
We’ve been told the sheath has healing power and as the sword used by Alex was not Excalibur, but an unnamed one, if I recall correctly, it should not be needed.
I’d like to see her gain a love interest as well. After all, she has endured much in her life. Especially considering the heartache situation she had/has with Nicole: first the guilt associated with their parting, then the joy from reconnecting with her but only through Alex (now possibly Dan).
Who knows? Maybe Scott will have something of an epilogue after his story ends to enlighten us as to what all happens with all of these characters who have shared their lives with us for so many years….
Or… Yeah, I see what’s going on, then. It is a bit confusing that the only time he’s close to her is during the close-up. With the lighting creating such flat colors on her outfit and the sheath it makes it a bit hard to differentiate what’s going on there– but I see it now.
I really hope the sword doesn’t have to be in it… o.O
Come on, scabbard!!
(I hope it can heal the Guardian, too, it looks like he’s running down.)

I’m wondering if the sword IS needed to make it work.

Whose arm is that in panel 3? (The one holding Felicity’s up)
The Guardian who is placing the sheath under her arm (?)
It would be nice for Felicity to find a love interest besides Alex.
So no pressure then. Gotcha.

Yeah, but he’s still far away in the last panel.

I think it IS Excalibur, but note that the Sword of King of Dreamland is NOT Excalibur.
