Page 1707…
Happy Friday!
I think I really should go back and fade out the edges of the flashback sequences so they are clearly flashbacks.
Thanks for the advice all!
Hope you’ve enjoyed this week’s pages! And I hope to see you again on Monday when Felicity says “Oh No…YOU? It…It COULDN’T BE!!!!!!”
No… not really.
Is this a cliff I see hanging before me? 🙂
Who is talking to “queenie” in panel four?
Looks like curiosity killed the Egyptians. Not the tigrin.
Yeah, the way the text bubble’s drawn, it looks like the helmet is talking. Weird.
Ha! I couldn’t get the bubble much closer to her mouth without it covering up the helmet. Will rework it.
You could make the bubble arrow whatever go UNDER the helmet … that may help ..
And the ‘cat’ may in this case be the only one who’s curiosity DOESN’T get her killed. Irony on top of irony, I approve. ^_^
I noticed that prior to the flashback, Felicity doesn’t appear to be holding anything. Then, after the flashback, she’s suddenly holding a helmet or head or something (it’s hard for me to tell if there is something inside the helmet or not).
Well, it would be more interesting to follow felicity adventures inside the pyramid.
I hope this part would last a minimum, with nice traps and so on, like games.
I would move felicity& mask at left, and put bubble at right.
There’s lot of free background at left, without any special purpose.
Looks like any Egyptian wannabe thief who wants to be very good can come to Felicity for lessons. 😉
Ahhhh… I thought she was somehow talking with the Egyptian guides through a magical helmet device or something. Was very confused.
Silly Egyptians, you should have ditched those clunky wings and just brought a human kid along with you and flown through. Then the only dangers you’d have faced would have been the traps you set off while trying to open doors and the giant spider guardian.
Panel still rendering. I’ll post in the morning.
I had no trouble reading this page clearly whatsoever. 🙂
My guess is grumpy mcfishfingers is living in a pool in the bottom of the temple with the tablet in the centre.
Hm…it took me a minute to realize that the last panel was back to reality, so I was a bit confused! 😀 Is there a way to make the outline of the flashback panels something different, more like thought? Just a suggestion. 🙂
