Is it just me, or does the necklace look like it’s hovering just above Alex’s shirt? If it was lying right up against the shirt, there shouldn’t be any space between the necklace and its shadow. Also, it seems like the back of the chain should fall right when it crosses the shoulder line, instead of floating up behind Alex’s neck.
BTW, my preferred shortened moniker is “Lazer”, not “Wulf”.
Also, I love how detailed you are Scoot. The “Hello, My Name Is” Visitor badge that Daniel has is a nice touch. Also, wouldn’t it be easier to record him under video surveillance? LOL.

I don’t know who handles your advertisements, but the smiley central website advertised on your site will infect you with nasty viruses even if you don’t download anything.

The panels don’t seem to change much between the top pair, middle pair and bottom pair (Alex is awake in the bottom), but the background, bedspread and facial shadows are darker in the top and lightest in the bottom. does this indicate passage of time?
I agree with janey, use a camera. Rhis is a techie society that likes to use its gadgets. Wouldn’t researchers have an array of recording devices around him like the paparazzi? Closed circuit TV’s, digital recorders, film, infrared, etc.
Also, it’s been bugging me forever — as a girl, I have to point out that NICOLE’S LIPSTICK COLOR IS ALL WRONG! GAH! BLEAH! No one looks good in lavender or periwinkle or whatever that is! She could do a caramel, pale peachy pink, or maybe a glossy reddish brown.

Would be really cool to see a “Pirates of Dark Water” illusion, but no one knows what that is.
oh and Gingerbread, I don’t think the pale purple looks bad per se, just out of place. It is just more of a fancy-night-out color, not a day-in-the-lab color. and lighter colors lips like that (And also more vivid lip colors) look good on African Americans more so than Caucasians.
A camera might not work. I’m thinking of Niven’s hyperdrive where the mass detector was psionic and had to be watched by a living person; a mechanical object like a camera would not “see” anything. But they don’t need both watching. I’d go for a camera and one pair of eyes.

The last few pages showed Alex exhibiting a small hint of intelligence and reasoning. Today, the last panel proved he lost it all.
i think Alex should pretend to be asleep for a while, and just when either Dan or Nicole says “is he asleep” he should jump up and say “BOO!!!!”:D
