Page 831…
Well…
Donna and I are now parents of 6 year olds. Yikes.
We all had a wonderful weekend. The boys got new bikes. They outgrew their first bikes a year ago. So it’s nice to see them on bigger 18 inch ones.
Brendan got some hockey figures (The McFarlane ones) Crosby, Malkin, and Staal.
Logan got a space shuttle, Lego set, and tee (for tee ball).
🙂
We went to the Rain forest Café for lunch and pretty much enjoyed things.
Thank you all for the Birthday wishes. The boys really enjoyed hearing them.

In other news. We’re only 2 and a half weeks away from Wondercon. I’m very excited to go back to San Francisco for the first time in about 20 years.
If you (or anyone you know) attends the Academy of Art in San Francisco…tell Chuck Pyle (the head of Illustration) you want to be notified when I stop by on Monday the 2nd. I’m going to see if I should bring books.
Â
And finally.
I got an email from a reader who asked me to post a link to the Red Cross’s Australian site.
I’m sure most of you’ve heard that they’re having the worst disaster of fires in it’s history. So if you can. Help out.
https://www.redcross.org.au/Donations/onlineDonations.asp
Unfortunately they don’t take Paypal (I checked). So Credit Card only.
We wish our friends in Australia a quick recovery and relief from the fires.
Coming from Los Angeles…we know all too well how devastating they can be.
Â
Have a great week…and hope you enjoy the story.
Scott

Not sure if it is just my computer, ut the bottom frames are quite pixellated.
I can see it fine
what a way to poke an eye out…
wow.. Her [left] eyeball is really shiney in that first frame. Its slightly evil looking.
all in all, I’m deeply in love with your story so far.
Haha, “poink!”
I laughed at this page. 😛
The guards are the bad guys and thieves are good? Hm. If it turns out that way I don’t think it’s a good example for kids.
well if the guards support an evil regime of terror, they should be the bad guys. I agree to you Alex Mitchell, thats quite an evil eyeball there!
That’s the first time we’ve seen Felicity use her tail for anything besides balance, right? Cute.
I think Felicity has lazy eye. Her eyes are looking in opposite directions in the first frame. :/
Heh, tail in eye!! A-a-and she’s off! Can’t wait to see the havoc Felicity causes this week!
Glad your guys had a great birthday, Scott. ^_^
SX, if that’s the case, than what other stories would go?
Robin Hood? even the cartoon one – GONE!
Don’t let them watch Aladdin.
Harry Potter, those kid’s are always bucking authority and coming out on top.
The Golden Compass.
The list goes on and on…
Heheheheheheheh! Felicity saw some old Three Stooges reruns!
Poink! Woo, woo, woo, woo, woo, woo! Nyuk, Nyuk, Nyuk!
🙂 Always love the three stooges.
Ha!
And thanks all. This should be an interesting week.
I’m working on the end of this flashback. So in a couple weeks…we’ll be done with this sequence. And back to Nicole and Daniel.
What a nice surprise… I thought for sure she was going to jail!
What? No Ovechkin? You can’t have Crosby without Ovechkin!
😀 😀 POKE!!
Ha! Yeah Amy…he’s just not that into Ovechkin.
Other players he likes are Zdeno Chara (cause he’s big), Jason Spezza, and R.J. Umberger (because it sounds like Hamburger).
But these McFarlane toys aren’t cheap…so hopefully we’ll stick with the three for now.
🙂
Whoo, I just read it all in one sitting.
I’m always sad when I catch up to a web comic, but this one actually left me with a bit of excitement. I can’t wait to follow it now and see how the story progresses even further.
Kudos on your wonderful webcomic!
Moar, moar, moar!
Pretty please?
nifty escape.
Even years ago as a kitty, Felicity is able to make the minions look like mincemeat. Har har har!
I would have thought that in a world were up to 40% of the indigenous population has a tail, it’s use as a weapon would be well understood, in which case holding Felicity like that is akin to holding someone without restraining an arm.
Either way, I’m enjoying this scene immensely.
