Page 702…
Hey everyone…
If you’re near a comic shop today. Stop by and pick up your copy of Issue 1 of the Dreamland Chronicles comic book from IDW today.
There are 3 different covers. So good luck finding the SUPER SECRET SPECIAL LIMITED EDITION Black and White Mike Wieringo cover.
My buddy…the late, great Mike Wieringo did the cover for me years ago for the first time we published Dreamland as a comic. There was only one sent to each retailer I think. So good luck finding it.
I don’t even have one…ha ha.
Anyways. Hope you enjoy where this is all going (the story) and thank you for your daily support of emails, blog comments, clicks on advertisements, telling friends, buying books from the store, and….well everything else.
Thanks
Happy Wednesday everyone.
Oh man, that Dwarf is a broken record, why would the elf be keeping up this charade if she had control over those beasts.
I love this comic, and have read its existing pages for the past few days with fan fervor. The art, the story, and the characters are all amazing. I absolutely love it! And now for some Nightmare Realm beastie bashing…hehe…^_^
Oh woe, how I wish I lived near a comic book retailer. D:
@ Jamming – Due to their adaptation to subterranean dwelling, the Dwarves have developed extraordinarily thick skulls as protection. Unfortunately, it also has the effect of inhibiting logic and reason from getting in.
Mike Wieringo?! Seriously?! (0,0) *loves his work* Man though, I REALLY wish we had a local comic store…that’d rawk awesome…
Well, if they attack her, there’s something wrong. Not to mention the fact that it’d be a chance of escape if they DON’T. So either way it would prove something
Any chance you might be able to post a pic of the uber, super secret, so-totally-awsome-I-don’t-even-have-a-copy, black and white cover of amazingness on the site?
Perhaps Nastaje’s best move would be to shout an order at the Nightmareans. When they don’t obey, maybe the dwarf king will finally be convinced.
I didn’t see issue one on any shipping lists. I’ve been watching for it, too. I have issue one from Astonish and issues two and three from Alias.
I hope I have the date right…ha ha.
I’ve sent an email to IDW to see if I did.
Yikes.
In the meanwhile..here’s a link to the special cover…

That dwarf really is stubborn, isn’t he? lol
Scott, I am LOVING where the story is going, and that dwarf needs to take a chill pill!! And I cannot WAIT to get to my comics shop in Indy and pick up TDC!!!
Nice, keep it up, pretty awesome how the dwarf is big, normally you would think they are little smelly people…
Yay! i found it! i bought all three editions today, my friend chris was mad, he wanted the black and white one soooooo bad. 🙂
Simplest solution seems to me for her to shoot them down…
i fail because i forgot to read this one 🙁
but i read it now but i still fail:(:'(
🙁 🙂
@ Tom – although it may prove a point Nas’ s not the kind to take that particular course. She is less about words and more about action. She is more likely to rally the dwarfs against the beasts, because of her charisma and leadership, and earn their trust as such.
*wow, i sound dorky*
that is one dumb dwarf
I think the king is getting bigger. Maybe because he’s getting angry?
Maybe he’s full of hot air. Or swelled with stupidity.
Oops! Time to end the negotiations and take some slightly more vigorous action. We hope as allies.
Nastajia: “The only way I can stop them is with a lot of arrows and your men have our weapons!!!”
^^ Seconded. What dwarfs are this not the be able the hold their tunnels. 😉
How I wish I lived near a comic book retailer…and wasn’t 3.5 years late.
