This is my first note, and i want to get it out right away that I love your comic but after seeing your work on Deviant Art I’ve got to say that I love your hand work much more then your 3d renderings.

what about a scene from the princess bride or narnia or some other fantasy movie? harry potter and LOTR have been done so many times, but princess bride still has major cult appeal.

Hey, the Princess Bride suggestion is a good one. If you were to consider that, how about Labyrinth?
And I must say, I’m a bit biased. I think Felicity is my favorite character. She reminds me quite a bit of a D&D character I used to play. And the last panel in the previous comic, where she tells Nastajia to just shut up….. Oh, that was wonderful, and a long time coming.
I third Princess Bride. Inigo Montoya would be awesome.

I could imagine Alex going “Nastajia, will you lighten the hell up?!” But alas, the years without Alex have done much damage that needs be undone. Too bad this is kind of a family comic, Alex could probably get some weed into Dreamland for Nastajia.
Arvamas: “Alexander, what are you thinking? How could you bring that substance into Ashendel?”
Alex: “I looked it up in the physician’s desk reference, it may lighten up Nastajia a bit.”
Arvamas: “There’s a time and a place for that kind of thing, and it’s called College!”
Alex: “I AM in college.”

Once she’s assured of Alex’s affections, I really don’t think Nastajia will find Fliss half so annoying…
I love your pictures! You are an amazing artist. My favorites include the Wolf picture, the picture of Phoenix, and all the X-Files pictures.
Also I agree…you should have some pictures of Princess Bride (love that movie!)

Personally, I think ol’ Nasty would lighten up a bit if she were receiving “Treasure Type O” on a regular basis. (had to steal that line from Order of the Stick) 😀
Who knows? Maybe she’ll end up seeing that she’s really treating Felicity in a snarky fashion, which Alex will somehow convince her is merely jealousy over his handsome self, the two will fall into a crazy-love romance, and the Elves will get a new king … who’s not an elf. 🙂
