Dragon Con….
I’m leaving first thing tomorrow morning (Friday) for Atlanta.
It’s a four hour drive from here…I’ve got my snacks packed…books packed…and I’m ready.
For all of you who encouraged me to go…thank you.
I hope it’s as great as everyone says.
Looking forward to meeting you there.
I’ll be at table 19 in the Hilton Galleria Exhibit Hall.
Wish me luck.
🙂
Hi, I found this through deviantart, presumably your site there. I looked through some of your story above, and one of the images I saw in a dream. Pg. 152 in the chronicle is absolutely amazing to look at, but even more incredible to me because over a year ago I had a dream in which I saw a very similar landscape.
Hi Jen!
Thanks for coming by and thanks for reading.
Yes…page 152 is ashendel at sunset…how beautiful it must be in real life.
That’s amazing that you had a dream about it. REally cool.
It is rather cool, especially since I could never quite remember what the images looked like until I saw that image. The next couple are also similar to what I saw. It’s just weird since the story is about a dream land. I’m very glad to have found your story.
Good luck!!! Hope you’re not too bored on the drive 😛
Scott…. With what Kiwi just said… Does that mean that a massive stone giant could fly if Alex remembered how to fly?
Good luck, Scott 🙂
Scott, have a safe trip. That ride can be a boring one, but I’m sure you can handle it. I hope this experience is as enjoyed as Comic Con. Have a safe trip. Much love from Chattanooga.
Have fun at the con! And have a safe drive!
you are so sweet – and appreciated, you deserve all the success!
Thank you all.
Made it here safe and sound.
Having a good time so far.
Will update as the weekend goes.
🙂
JB….yes it does.
Fly the stone giant will. Faith in Alex you mush have. Strong in the magic of Dreamland this one is. Hmmmm?
Oh my gosh, I didn’t know you’d be attending! I wish I had paid more attention to the artist tables yesterday. 🙁 Hope you have fun!
Hey Scott,
How come you weren’t on the Webcomics Panel? Did they think your stuff was going to overshadow the other people they invited?
It’s too late now but I should have offered to buy you a drink -D*con was way more fun after an Irish car bomb.
(I was the short korean guy with big blonde guy -we talked TMNT and Iron Man with you at your booth.)
good luck with the twins and school.
