Congratulations once again! 🙂
Scott congrats! You deserved it for putting loads of work into a project that so many people enjoy daily! You won because you rock, plain and simple! 😉 Hope you had a great fourth of July, especially since it is your first here in Tennessee. Hopefully you’re still enjoying it and the huge backyard for the kids!
You deserve it Scott. After all, it takes a lot of time and effort to make a webcomic (or a normal comic for that matter), but you’ve created one of the few online CGI Comics out there (and especially in detail and how the bubbles fit). To which I can’t imagine how much time and effort it takes to make these.
The story line is very unique from any other fantasy’s that are based in a “dream world”. Also the cast is unforgettable…except how to spell their names sometimes =P
Besides this comic, you also have a nice family to help raise, the energy you must have must be enormous =D
I hope they send you a nice plaque or something to hang above your monitor while you work =)
Thank you all so very much.
I really appreciate the encouragement and support.
So much is going into Dreamland…it’s just so nice to know it’s being loved.
Hey, you deserve it, Scott. Enjoy. 🙂
Well, I’m also glad our efforts wore fruit! And big gratz to the well-deserving winner, Scott!
Now, might this put some spotlights onto Dreamland and make it even more popular and known? I do hope so, and that we one day will see it as a movie!
U da MAN, Scott!
Congrats to the MAX!!! You totally deserve it!!!
and Happy 4th of July as well! (even though I’m a day late haha)
Mr. Parker: It’s a Major Award!
Swede: Shucks I wouldn’t know that. It looks like a lamp.
Mr. Parker: What is a lamp, you nincompoop? It’s a Major Award. I won it!
Swede: Damn, hell, you say won it?
Mr. Parker: Yeah, mind power, Swede; mind power.
Congratulations!
Congratulations man – you deserve it.
Many congratulations, Scott.
Very well deserved.
You won? Inconceivable! 😀
Seriously – congrats Scott! You deserve it 🙂
ADVERT ERRORS!!
I don’t know if you’ll see this, but everyone else keep an eye out too. I was browsing this weeks comics, and the Google ad cought my eye, the headline read
“Same Sex Marraige”.
I’d clicked away, but the next screen was
“Lesbian Comics”
When I tried to go back it was now
“Up 4 Anything – by Nevia for Men”
The bog one is currenlyt an advert for Newt Gingrich’s news letter.
Are Politics and Sex good ads for the ‘Family Friendly’ crowd?
I’m kinda with Lord Bounty here. I don’t think the ad I saw earlier today advertising “passion” is quite safe for families. Also, the current ad for the largest Project Wonderful banner is very innapropriate. Are we supposed to notify Scott by email if we think something should be removed?
And, although Newt Gingrich’s picture is creepy, I don’t think any children will be harmed in clicking the ad. I don’t think anyone will want to click it at all, anyway. But it scares me.
