Dreamland Issue 6 on Wowio!
New one up.
No new Fan Art this week…or fan fiction either. But some more behind the scenes and of course story.
Please check it out…
And again…check out ALL of our Wowio books.
Remember…each download helps support Dreamland. So tell your friends. It’s actually helping us a bit.
Hopefully they’ll get International sales soon. 🙂
Hey Scott… Just leaving a quick note for ya. I noticed that in the very last panel in today’s comic post that kiwi’s bottom half doesn’t match any of the art in any of the past work.. It seems almost 2d done in paintshop… Just thought you should know.
Don’t get me wrong I love your work and I’ve said that to you many times.. Just saying what I noticed because you asked us to be editors.
I think it looks different ’cause of the light from Kiwi’s hands.
I just signed up for Wowio today!
It matches just fine… just remember she has a mermaid tail now… I went back a few more strips to where we can see her more clearly…

Sure enough! Anyway, it’s all cool. 🙂
The merpeople read Greek! Something about the text of the mer-people of Naroobi, and then, “I wish I had something to…” you know, I’m gonna stop here so as not to ruin the mystery. 😉
You wouldn’t understand our written language…
Hey, that’s just English written in the symbol font!
Do you mind? I’m trying to be enigmatic here!
Yeah it’s a symbol font.
WHAT?? I’m supposed to design each culture’s thousand year old LANGUAGE TOO???
🙂
Hey There,
Tried to signup for Wowio today as well. Unfortunately I’m over here in Europe so it won’t let me, any way around that?
I’d say send them an email asking them to get off their butts and fix it.
They should have had this up and running by now I’d think.
I don’t hear much from Mike Miller regarding any updates…though I bug him daily (right Mike?).
🙂
I have Pet Robots which was sent to them about 6 weeks ago and they’ve still not put it up. Also…just no word on when they’ll fix their registration process to include AOL, Gmail, hotmail, and yahoo.
So everyone who CAN’T get in…should at least try contacting them and letting them know.
Thousand-year-old languages! Go for it!!
………..okay, maybe not. I’ve got an idea–take one foreign language and then type it in the Greek font. Just don’t use Latin, or else I’ll be having a field day… 😀
Pauric – Get around the European problem by using an American zip code. Type a five-digit number into a google search to figure out where the location is, just in case (you’ll want to know if it’s real or not). And write it down. It’s probably something you’ll need to know if you ever forget your password.
You can also be let in by an American friend or family member, I think.
Cool, Thanks Fwizzie. I’ll probably use 10001 then, can’t go wrong with New York 😛
Edit: No such luck, seems to scan location of IP or something, won’t let me get into setting up account part, just says ‘To Our International Friends…’etc… Oh well 🙁
Haha, i just love the greek text =P
Extra funny is it because I also can read the greek letters and what they represent in english =P
