Psi Kix…
A couple years ago I was asked by a local animation studio I was working with if I could turn one of their tv shows into a book.
They had acquired a series from Asia that was really beautifully done.
We had gone in with the hopes that the Asian company was going to fund me doing this…but as it turned out…I wound up paying for the first two books myself.
So…with the Wowio explosion going on…I’ve figured I’d let you guys read these books.
I have copies of the first issue here (about 800 copies) but haven’t figured out what to do with them yet.
If you like Anime, Mecha, and cool CGI…you’ll like Psi Kix.
Check them out and let me know your thoughts.
 
It looks like we are going to try the Wowio thing for a bit.
For the most part…we’ve received a good amount of feedback from you guys saying to give it a shot…so I will.
For those of you who can’t register…keep trying.
Wowio is working on International sales to get that resolved.
Please let me know your thoughts on this…and I hope all of this doesn’t detract from the fun pages above. I hope you’re still enjoying the daily pages.

I’m really trying to do the Wowie thing to help, but so far they won’t accept aol, and when I signed up at mail.com they wouldn’t accept that either! Maybe you should suggest to for them to have a list of acceptable addresses. I’m sure not everyone has a scanner or wants to leave their credit card number. It seems like a great idea, but right now they are making it too difficult to use!

I think most everyone has either a scanner OR a digital camera, or a cell phone with a camera. SOME way to take a picture of their Student ID or Drivers License.
And if someone is willing to use their Credit Card to download a .99 cent book off of Lulu or some other site, why on earth would they not use it to get hundreds of books for FREE?
I don’t think huge companies like Verizon and Expedia and others would be dealing with this company if they were just out to steal credit card numbers. lol.
FYI, I used my CC to sign up to Wowio originally. That was 8 months or so ago, they charged me .1 cent. And that’s all they’ve ever charged.

She’s sad with the loss of her parents and the return of Alexander (the thought that she’s missed out on their childhood and such).
She had a great childhood…but rough the last few years.
She’s going to be happier soon. I promise.

Wowio is frustrating, I am getting a denied access from Canada. Yes, I know you mentioned it in the last post, but are there other services similar that are not such tyrants?
